Free shipping on every order, Australia-wide. No minimum spend and no surprise fees at checkout.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all Australian states and territories. We don't ship internationally yet. Some large or bulky items can't be delivered to PO Boxes or parcel lockers, so please use a street address.
Processing time
Orders are usually dispatched from our Australian warehouses within 1-3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
- Metro areas: usually 2-6 business days after dispatch
- Regional areas: usually 4-10 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas, WA, NT and TAS: may take a little longer
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, public holidays and peak periods.
Orders with more than one item
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. That's normal, and you'll get tracking for each parcel.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at mulgamarket@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll sort it out.
